Self-locking bolt
- Always replace
- Tighten to 140 Nm (104 ft lb) plus additional 1/2-turn (180°)
- Clean threads in trapezoidal arm with -M14- x 1.5 screw tap to remove adhesive residue
- Tighten only with vehicle standing on wheels
Washer
- 3 mm thickness
- Modified version starting with VIN... N 000 001 BONDED RUBBER SUPPORT BUSHING OVERVIEW
Mounting stud
- Install support and tighten
Trapezoidal arm
- Left and right sides different
- Removing and installing TRAPEZOIDAL ARM
- After removing, installing or replacing: check toe and camber
Bonded rubber bushing

Flanged nuts
- Always replace
- 110 Nm (81 ft lb)
Pivot mount
- Inscribed cross points upward when installed
- Left and right sides identical
- After removing, installing or replacing: check toe and camber
Ribbed nut
- Always replace
- 135 Nm (100 ft lb)
Support
- Left and right sides different
- Up to VIN... N 000 001: will be supplied as replacement part with bonded rubber bushing. Before tightening, align concentrically with the mounting studs, then check toe. Bonded rubber bushings cannot be replaced.
- Modified version starting with VIN... N 000 001. Bonded rubber bushing is replaceable BONDED RUBBER SUPPORT BUSHING OVERVIEW
Washer
- 6 mm thickness
- Modified version starting with VIN... N 000 001 BONDED RUBBER SUPPORT BUSHING OVERVIEW
Bolt
Bonded rubber bushing
