Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins, refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Install the air guide, refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .

-- Electrical connections and wiring routing, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Install the charge air cooling circuit radiator, refer to FRONT RADIATOR CHARGE AIR COOLING CIRCUIT, REMOVING .

-- Install the condenser, refer to CONDENSER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the front impact member, refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING => .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.

-- Check the ATF level, refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING for 0BW, ATF LEVEL, CHECKING for 0BK, or ATF LEVEL, CHECKING for 0B6 .
