Overview - Radiator/Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator

  1. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  2. O-Ring
    • Replace
  3. Air Guide
  4. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  5. O-Ring
    • Replace
  6. Radiator
  7. O-Ring
    • Replace
  8. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  9. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2
  10. O-Ring
    • Replace
  11. Air Guide
  12. Coolant Hoses
  13. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm
  14. Front Charge Air Cooling Circuit Radiator
  15. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using screwdriver
  16. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  17. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  18. Radiator Bracket
    • There are different versions. For the correct allocation, refer to parts.
  19. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  20. Backing Plate
  21. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
