Right Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

The hose connections as well as the air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

-- Install the coolant pump ribbed belt pulley. Refer to OVERVIEW - THERMOSTAT AND COOLANT PUMP, ENGINE CODES CASA AND CASD .

-- Refer to. Refer to OVERVIEW - SUBFRAME for the engine mount tightening specifications.

-- Tighten the B+ wire to the starter. Refer to STARTER, VEHICLES WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION .

-- Install the EGR thermostat. Refer to OVERVIEW - THERMOSTAT AND COOLANT PUMP, ENGINE CODES CASA AND CASD .

-- Install the EGR Cooler Pump -V400-. Refer to EGR Cooler Pump -V400-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
