Left Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

Replace the seal and O-ring.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

-- Clean or smooth the seal and O-ring sealing surfaces.

-- Coat the seal and O-ring with coolant and then mount them on the coolant pipe.

-- Install the accessory assembly bracket and ribbed belt tensioning element. Refer to OVERVIEW - RIBBED BELT DRIVE .

-- Install the guide tube. Refer to OVERVIEW - OIL PAN UPPER SECTION .

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .

-- Install the power steering pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
