Seat height adjustment motor, assembly overview

NOTE:
- If the motor is faulty, the top support of the seat pan must be replaced.
1 - Lumbar support adjustment motors (2x)
2 - Seat height adjustment motor
- Removing
- Remove seat → Seat, assembly overview .
- Attach fixture for seat repair VAS 6136 to engine and transmission holder VAS 6095.
- Attach front seat to fixture for seat repair VAS 6136.
- Remove side trim, outboard side → Side trim on sill panel side, removing and installing .
- Remove side trim, inboard side → Side trim, inboard side, assembly overview .
- Remove backrest → Front seat backrest, assembly overview .
- Remove cover and padding from seat pan → Seat pan cover and padding (sports seat), assembly overview .
- Remove control unit → Control unit, removing and installing .
- Remove belt buckle → Front anchorage point for belt buckle .
- Remove spring pad with wiring harness from seat pan → Seat pan spring pad with wiring harness, assembly overview .
- Detach the upper seat pan support from the lower seat pan support.
