1. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor -V101-
   • Removal and installation, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION PUMP 
2. Rubber Bushing
3. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
4. Bracket
   • For Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor -V101-
5. Nut
   • 9 Nm
6. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
7. Hose
   • Check for secure seat
8. Gasket
   • Replace
9. Connection
   • For coolant and secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valve
10. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
12. Gasket
    • Replace
13. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve
    • Checking, refer to SECONDARY INJECTION COMBINATION VALVE, CHECKING FOR FUNCTION AND LEAKS 
    • Removal and installation, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION COMBINATION VALVE 
14. O-ring
    • Replace if damaged
15. Hose
    • Check for secure seat
16. O-ring
    • Replace if damaged
17. O-ring
    • Replace if damaged
18. Connecting Piece
    • To air filter
19. Air Filter Housing
    • Clean if contaminated

7. Hose
   • Check for secure seat
8. Vacuum Hoses
9. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve 2 -N320-
   • Component location, refer to Fig 5
10. Vacuum Hoses
11. Secondary air injection (AIR) solenoid valve -N112-
    • Component location, refer to Fig 5
12. Gasket
    • Replace
13. Connection
    • For coolant and left secondary air injection (AIR) combination valve
14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
15. Gasket
    • Replace
16. Connection
    • For right secondary air injection (AIR) combination valve
17. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
18. Hose
    • Check for secure seat
19. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
20. Connection
    • For right secondary air injection (AIR) combination valve

    • Checking, refer to SECONDARY INJECTION COMBINATION VALVES, CHECKING FOR FUNCTION AND LEAKS 
    • Removal and installation, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION LEFT COMBINATION VALVE

    • Replace

    • Replace if damaged
35. Secondary Air Injection Sensor 1 -G609-
    • Removal and installation, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SENSOR 1

    • Replace if damaged
