Vibration Damper, Removing And Installing

Removal

Proceed as follows:

-- Remove fan shroud, refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the ribbed belt, refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove vibration damper bolt using Counterhold - Vibration DamperT10069.

Installation

Tightening specification, refer to RIBBED BELT DRIVE OVERVIEW .

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the ribbed belt, refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install fan shroud, refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
