Climate control: Design

The heating/ventilation system consists of three components.
- Fan housing
- Intermediate section with or without evaporator
- Central unit with heat exchanger.
The dashboard and center console should be removed when removing the complete climate control assembly, fan unit, intermediate section or central unit, according to Dashboard .
The blower fan motor, pollen filter and the resistor can be replaced without removing the dashboard.
