Checking For Coolant Leakage

First bleed the cooling system. See Filling and bleeding the cooling system .

Check pressure

Use pressure gauge 9985496 .

Connect the gauge to the expansion tank.

Increase the pressure using the pump. Check for leaks.

The pressure should be 90-120 kPa
The pressure in the system should not drop noticeably within 30 seconds.
