Replacing lock function: Installation

Lubricate the lower section of the push rod and spring with grease 1161417-9.

Install the spring and push rod (4).

Press down the push rod. Insert the pawl (1) in the gear selector.

Lubricate the pawl segment with grease 1161417-9.

Install:

the center console according to Rear center console
the gear selector knob according to Replacing gear selector knob .
