Removing slide and tilt roof mechanism

General

Always install all the components from the repair set.

Remove:

The glass panel, see Removing/installing the glass panel .
The wind deflector with block mount, see Removing/installing the wind deflector .
The gutter and sun shade, see Removing sun shade .
Tape the roof edge at the front and side to prevent damage.
Lift the cable out of the gripper.

Remove the screw (A) at the front and remove the block (pull forwards and lift out).
Remove the screw at the back (B).
Press the rail outwards and lift it slightly until in the normal position.
Slide out the entire mechanism.
Dismantle the mechanism (three parts as shown).
