Installing slide and tilt roof mechanism

NOTE: Do not remove the grease.

Assemble the mechanism.
Lift the rail at the front.
Slide the mechanism (in the ventilation position) into the rail.
Position the rail by moving it outwards, pressing it and then pushing it inwards behind the assembly clip.

NOTE: Watch out for the cable guide sleeve.

Install both bolts (front and back). Tightening torque: 3 Nm.
Fit the cable in the gripper.
Press the inner cable into the sleeve
Check that both levers are in the tilt position.

Install the wind deflector with the block holder and lock.
Tightening torque: 3 Nm.
Check working with the tools from the car.
Install the sun shade and gutter. See Installing sun shade .
Fit the glass panel and adjust it.
Check working.
