Reconnect battery ground cable. Drive the car straight ahead. Check that steering wheel is in straight-ahead position

Proceed as follows if steering wheel alignment is incorrect;

Remove:

Tool 9988695
the steering wheel, carefully.

Reset and lock contact reel according to paragraphs Zero the contact reel and Lock the contact reel in this position with the locking screw .

Install steering wheel as described in Install steering wheel . Check according to above.
