Drive Shaft Left, Replacing: Installation: Overview

Lubricate the drive shaft sealing surface. Use oil. See: Lubrication transmission .

Press the drive shaft into the transmission. Check that the snap ring is in the groove in the transmission by pulling the constant velocity joint.

Use new screws and nuts.

Adjust the position of the wheel spindle/spring strut. See Wheel Knuckle/Spring Strut, Calibrating .
