Engine, Securing On Engine And Transmission Holder

Engine and Transmission HolderVAS 6095

NOTE:

To perform the procedure, secure the engine to the Engine And Transmission HolderVAS 6095/1 with the Universal MountingVAS 6095.

Procedure

-- Disconnect the transmission from the engine (vehicles with manual transmission), refer to ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, SEPARATING, MANUAL TRANSMISSION .

-- Disconnect the transmission from the engine (vehicles with DSG transmission), refer to ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, SEPARATING, DSG TRANSMISSION .

-- Engage Engine Sling3033 as follows and lift out using Workshop CraneVAS 6100 from Engine-Transmission JackV.A.G 1383 A.

Flywheel side: Position -4-.

Vibration damper side: position -8-.
