Overview - Clutch, With Dual Mass Flywheel, SACHS

- Dual Mass Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE [For engine(s) CNSB, CNSA, CXBB, CXBA, CXCB, CXCA] or CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE [For engine(s) CRUA] .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
- Clutch Plate
- Only replace together with the pressure plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Installation position. Refer to Clutch Plate Installed Position .
- Pressure Plate
- With adjustment mechanism
- Only replace together with the clutch plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Checking the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to Check the Ends of the Diaphragm Spring
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Checking the Pull-Springs and Rivet Connection
- Release bearing with additional plastic washer. Refer to Release Bearing With Additional Plastic Washer , adapted pressure plate Release Bearing With Additional Plastic Washer
- Bolt
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
