Flange Shaft Ball Bearing, Replacing: Installing

- The offset side of the : VW473 faces the ball bearing.
- Place the : VW473 centered on the ball bearing.
- The plastic container -A- must not be damaged.
-- Install the flange shaft ball bearing all the way.
-- Secure the ball bearing with a new circlip.
-- Install the flange shaft seal. Refer to RIGHT SEAL ON OUTER FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REPLACING .
-- Install the flange shaft. Refer to Removing And Installing Flange Shaft.(VW771, Completing with VW540/1B.) .
-- Install front axle differential lock. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, INSTALLING .
