Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Ribbed belt routing. Refer to Installing .
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 10 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing.
- Use original bolts.
Vibration Damper
- With the ribbed belt pulley
- Installation position: The hole inside the vibration damper must be positioned over the raised section on the crankshaft toothed belt sprocket.
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Ribbed Belt Tensioner
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing.
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - TOOTHED BELT
Damper Roller
Alignment Sleeve
- Make sure the sub-assembly bracket fits correctly.
Sub-Assembly Bracket
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
High Pressure Pump
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
Generator
- Overview. Refer to GENERATOR .
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to GENERATOR .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Figure.
- There are different lengths. Refer to Figure.
Alignment Sleeve
- Make sure it is seated correctly inside the A/C compressor.
A/C Compressor
- Overview. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .
