Toothed Drive Belt Assembly Overview

  1. Toothed belt cover, upper
  2. 100 Nm
  3. 25 Nm
  4. Camshaft sprocket
  5. Hub
    • With sensor wheel
    • Use counter-holder T10051 to loosen and tighten
    • To remove, use pulling fixture T10052
    • Removing and installing CAMSHAFT .
  6. 10 Nm
    • Replace
  7. Stud bolt
    • 15 Nm
  8. Toothed belt cover, rear
  9. 25 Nm
  10. Grommet
    • Replace if damaged
  11. 20 Nm + 45° (1 /8 turn) additional turn
  12. Tensioner
  13. 20 Nm
  14. Idler
  15. Coolant pump
  16. Crankshaft sprocket
  17. 120 Nm + 90° (1 /4 turn) additional turn
    • Replace
    • Use counter-holder 3099 to loosen and tighten
    • Do not additionally oil or grease threads or collar
    • Additional rotation can occur in several stages
  18. 15 Nm
  19. Toothed belt cover, lowert
  20. Vibration damper
    • Only possible to install in one position - Bores are offset
  21. 10 Nm + 90° (1 /4 turn) additional turn
  22. Cover
  23. Toothed belt
    • Mark direction of rotation before removing
    • Check for wear
    • Do not kink
    • Removing and installing, tensioning TOOTHED BELT .
  24. 40 Nm + 180° (1 /2 turn) additional turn
    • Replace
  25. Toothed belt cover, center
  26. Engine mount bracket
