Valve Body Overview

Do not run the engine or tow the vehicle when the transmission fluid pan is removed or when there is no Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) in the engine.

  1. Inspection Plug
  2. Seal
    • Always replace.
  3. Overflow Pipe
  4. Transmission Fluid Pan
  5. Bolt
  6. Seal
    • With spacers (quantity: 8).
    • Check before installing.
    • Replace brittle, cracked or deformed seals.
  7. Magnet
    • Quantity: 2; in the depressions in the ATF pan.
    • Clean before installing the pan.

  17. Transmission Housing

  20. Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor -G93-
    • Integrated inside the wiring harness -item 23-.

    • With an O-ring on the connector; always replace the O-ring.
    • With the transmission fluid temperature sensor.
    • For the transmission input speed sensor.
    • For the transmission output speed sensor.
    • Sensor installed location, refer to SENSOR DESIGNATION .
    • Removing and installing, refer to WIRING HARNESS WITH 8 PIN CONNECTOR .
