Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-, removing and installing

- Remove rear right wheelhousing liner.
- Remove cover plate (Refer to Parts of EVAP canister system (vehicles with engine code BJS), removing and installing , item 16)
- Disconnect 3-pin connector -1- of Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-.
- Disconnect ventilation line -2- at hose coupling.
- Now unclip ventilation line to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80- (-3-) in wheel housing and disconnect hose coupling.
NOTE:
Depress buttons on hose connections to do so.
- Now, mounting nuts -4- can be unscrewed and Leak Detection Pump (LDP) can be removed.
- Installation of the Leak Detection Pump (LDP) is performed in the reverse order of removal.
While installing, make sure that ventilation lines are connected securely and are not kinked.
