Front Wheelhouse Liner Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Remove front wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
2. Remove front wheel opening molding. Refer to FRONT WHEEL OPENING MOLDING REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Remove the screw (1).

   Torque: 2.6 Nm

4. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 2.6 Nm 

5. Remove 3 screws (2).

   Torque: 2.6 Nm 

6. Remove 5 expanding rivets (3).
7. Remove nut (4).

   Torque: 3.25 Nm 

8. Remove front wheelhouse liner (5).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following. All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 
2. Install wheel opening molding. Refer to FRONT WHEEL OPENING MOLDING REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install front wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
