Tire And Wheel Removal And Installation

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Lift the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE
2. Remove 5-wheel bolts (1) and remove wheel (2).

   Removal note: When removing multiple wheels, note where they were previously attached. 

Installation Procedure: 

1. Install the wheel (2) and screw in the wheel bolts (1).
2. Tighten the wheel bolts (1) crosswise by hand until the wheel is closely attached.
3. Tighten the wheel bolts (1) to 140 Nm.
4. Check tire pressure and adjust.
5. Reset tire pressure.
