Side Defroster Duct (Right Side) Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove windshield defroster duct. Refer to WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER DUCT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
2. Remove right instrument panel outer air outlet duct. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET DUCT (RIGHT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

3. Remove 3 screws (1).

   Torque: 1.8 Nm

4. Lift the side defroster duct (1) out of the 3 guide pins (2) and remove it.

Installation Procedure:

Installation note: Check seal (1) for damage and replace if needed. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install right instrument panel outer air outlet duct. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET DUCT (RIGHT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install windshield defroster duct. Refer to WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER DUCT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
