Windshield Defroster Duct Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove Instrumental Panel Assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

2. Remove 7 Screws (1).

   Torque: 1.8 Nm

3. Lever Air Outlet (1) out of the latches (2) on both sides and remove in the direction of the arrow.

Installation note: Check seals (1 and 2) for damage, replace if necessary. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following.

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Instrumental Panel Assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
