Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct (Right Side) Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove Instrumental Panel Assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove Right Hand Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET (RIGHT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

3. Remove 4 screws (1).

   Torque: 1.8 Nm

4. Lever Air Outlet (1) out of the guide pin (2).
5. Lever Air Outlet (1) out of the catches (3) and remove it in the direction of the arrow.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Right Hand Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL OUTER AIR OUTLET (RIGHT SIDE) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install Instrumental Panel Assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
