Disassembly [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE CONNECTOR BRACKET (w/o Illumination) 
    1. Disengage the clamp to remove the connector bracket.

  2. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Illumination) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX SUPPORT 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the clip, 3 claws and 5 guides to remove the No. 1 console box support.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX SUPPORT 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the clip, 3 claws and 5 guides to remove the No. 2 console box support.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET GARNISH 
    1. Disengage the 10 claws to remove the console box pocket garnish.

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 6 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the instrument panel cup holder assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 8 clips and 2 guides to remove the rear upper console panel sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL 
    1. Disengage the 2 clips, 2 claws and 3 guides to remove the No. 3 box panel.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX DUCT 
    1. Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the No. 2 console box duct.
  12. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the 6 claws to remove the console box retainer.

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 BOX SIDE PANEL 
    1. Disengage the 6 claws to remove the No. 2 box side panel.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 BOX SIDE PANEL 
    1. Disengage the 6 claws to remove the No. 1 box side panel.

  15. REMOVE NO. 4 CONSOLE BOX SUPPORT 
    1. Remove the nonwoven tape.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 4 console box support.

  16. REMOVE NO. 3 CONSOLE BOX DUCT 
    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 3 console box duct.

  17. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 14 claws to remove the console compartment door sub-assembly.
