Removal [09/2016 - 05/2019]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2016 - 01/2018] , or refer to PRECAUTION [01/2018 - 05/2019]

    Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2016 - 07/2020]

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  5. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for 7 Inch Display) 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Pull the navigation receiver assembly with bracket toward the rear of the vehicle and disengage the 2 guides.

      Remove in this Direction
    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.
  6. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL UPPER (for 11.6 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for 11.6 Inch Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 11.6 Inch Display) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 screws.
    3. Disengage the 7 guides to remove the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  9. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 11.6 Inch Display) 
    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 7 guides to remove the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction
  10. DISCONNECT STEREO COMPONENT TUNER ASSEMBLY WITH WIRE (w/ Satellite Radio) 
    1. for 7 Inch Display:
      1. Disconnect the 3 connectors to disconnect the stereo component tuner assembly with wire.

    2. for 11.6 Inch Display:
      1. Disengage the clamp.

      2. Disconnect the 3 connectors to disconnect the stereo component tuner assembly with wire.
  11. REMOVE HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for 11.6 Inch Display) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the hazard warning signal switch assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for 7 Inch Display) 
    1. w/o Satellite Radio:
      1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

    2. w/ Satellite Radio:
      1. Remove the 5 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (for 11.6 Inch Display) 
    1. w/o Satellite Radio:
      1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.
