Removal [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - ] ).

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2017 - ] ).

  3. REMOVE CENTER BACK DOOR GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2017 - ]

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [08/2017 - ]

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2017 - ]

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 38 [08/2017 - ]

  7. REMOVE REAR HEADER SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the speaker with bracket.
    3. Detach the clamp.

    4. Remove the 2 screws and speaker from the bracket.
