Removal [09/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [09/2021 - 11/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [11/2022 - 12/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [12/2024 - ]

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [09/2021 - 11/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [11/2022 - 12/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [12/2024 - ]

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [09/2021 - 11/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [11/2022 - 12/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [12/2024 - ]

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Remove the 4 nuts.
      2. Apply protective tape around the back door outside garnish sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
      3. Disengage the clips to remove the back door outside garnish sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
