Reassembly [06/2017 - 10/2020]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY 
    1. With the cylinder lock plate pressed, insert the glove compartment door lock cylinder assembly into the glove compartment door lever to install it as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
      NOTE:

      After installing the glove compartment door lock cylinder assembly, lift the glove compartment door lever and confirm that the cylinder lock plate is correctly protruding and that the glove compartment door lock cylinder assembly does not move even when pushed from the rear.

  2. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Clean the instrument panel safety pad sub-assembly surface.
      1. Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the instrument panel safety pad sub-assembly.
      2. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
    2. Remove the release paper from a new instrument panel cushion.

      HINT: 

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    3. Install the instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws <C> or <D>.

  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER (w/ Headup Display) 
    1. Engage the 3 guides.

    2. Engage the 5 claws to install the instrument panel hole cover.

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Engage the 5 guides.

    2. Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 METER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Headup Display) 
    1. Install the No. 2 meter bracket sub-assembly with the screw <C>.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 METER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 1 meter bracket sub-assembly with the screw <C> or <D>.

  9. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Engage the clamp to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly with the 6 screws <C> or <D>.

    2. Connect the connector.

  11. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 2 screws <C> or <D>.

  13. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [06/2017 - 09/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [09/2019 - ]

  14. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  15. INSTALL TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [03/2017 - 09/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [09/2019 - ]

  16. INSTALL TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA CORD (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  17. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 3 screws <C> or <D>.

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly with the 3 screws <C> or <D>.

  19. INSTALL METER MIRROR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Headup Display) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  20. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <C> or <D>.

  21. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Engage the claw as shown in the illustration.
