Reassembly [06/2015 - 11/2018]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 3 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 4 side.

  2. INSTALL NO. 4 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 4 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <H>.

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA CORD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [06/2015 - 01/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [01/2018 - ]

  4. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Install a new No. 4 instrument panel cushion.

  6. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Satellite Radio) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [06/2015 - 01/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [01/2018 - 11/2018]

  7. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Satellite Radio) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [06/2015 - 01/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [01/2018 - 11/2018]

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedures for the opposite side.

    1. Engage the guides to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

    2. Install the 3 screws <H>.

  9. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Engage the guides to install the No. 3 heater to register duct.

    2. Install the 5 screws <H>.

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Engage the guides to install the No. 1 heater to register duct.

    2. Install the 5 screws <H>.

  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER WITHOUT DOOR AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT MAIN PANEL 
    1. Engage the guides to install the instrument main panel.

    2. Install the 6 screws <E>.

  13. INSTALL SPARE SWITCH HOLE COVER 
    1. Engage the claws to install the spare switch hole cover.

  14. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 
    1. Engage the claws to install the automatic light control sensor.

  15. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Engage the clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

    2. Connect the connector.
