Removal [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for AWD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for AWD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

REMOVE NO. 2 OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

Using SST, remove the No. 2 oxygen sensor (for bank 2 sensor 2) from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

NOTE:

If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace No. 2 oxygen sensor (for bank 2 sensor 2).

REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

for 2WD:

Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor (for bank 1 sensor 2) from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

NOTE:

If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace oxygen sensor (for bank 1 sensor 2).

for AWD:
1. Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor (for bank 1 sensor 2) from the No. 3 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

  NOTE:
  If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace oxygen sensor (for bank 1 sensor 2).
