Installation [12/2015 - 08/2016]: Procedure

- INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Oil Cooler)
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION
*1 Adhesive Adhesive
Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1344, Three Bond 1344 or equivalent
- Using a deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
NOTE:Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
- Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Oil Cooler)
- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

- Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
- Start the engine.
- Check for engine oil leaks from the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

- INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 97
- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (w/o Oil Cooler)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15
- INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)
Torque: 103 N*m (1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf)
