Installation [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

TEMPORARILY INSTALL REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY (w/o Air Suspension)
1. Temporarily install the upper side of the shock absorber to the chassis frame with the bolt and nut.
2. Temporarily install the lower side of the shock absorber to the lower suspension arm with the bolt.
TEMPORARILY INSTALL REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Suspension)
1. Temporarily install the upper side of the shock absorber to the chassis frame with the bolt and nut.
2. Temporarily install the lower side of the shock absorber to the lower suspension arm with the bolt.
3. Connect the AVS connector.
INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR
(Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2015 - 08/2018] )
INSTALL REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Suspension)

INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)

INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
INSTALL TRANSFER HEAT INSULATOR (for 4WD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR (for 4WD)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
INSTALL TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 3UR-FE)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
INSTALL TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 3UR-FBE)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
INSTALL REAR WHEEL
for Aluminum Wheel

Torque: 131 N.m (1336 kgf/cm, 97 ft.lbf)

for Steel Wheel

Torque: 209 N.m (2131 kgf/cm, 154 ft.lbf)
STABILIZE SUSPENSION
1. Lower the vehicle.
2. Press down on the vehicle several times to stabilize the suspension.
TIGHTEN REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY

1. Tighten the 2 bolts and nut.
  for Bolt and Nut A
  
  Torque: 135 N.m (1377 kgf/cm, 100 ft.lbf)
  
  for Bolt B
  
  Torque: 90 N.m (918 kgf/cm, 66 ft.lbf)
INSPECT AND ADJUST REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
