Installation [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure
- INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 130 A, 150 A Type)
- Install the generator with the 3 bolts and nut.
Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf)
- Connect the generator connector.
- Connect the generator wire with the nut.
Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf/cm, 87 in.lbf)
- Install the terminal cap.
- Install the harness bracket to the generator with the bolt.
Torque: 31 N.m (316 kgf/cm, 23 ft.lbf)
- Install the generator with the 3 bolts and nut.
- INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 180 A Type)
- Install the generator with the 3 bolts and nut.
Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf)
- Connect the generator connector.
- Connect the generator wire with the nut.
Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)
- Install the terminal cap.
- Install the harness bracket to the generator with the bolt.
Torque: 31 N.m (316 kgf/cm, 23 ft.lbf)
- Install the generator with the 3 bolts and nut.
- CONNECT VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Before performing the following procedures, move the spacer until the vane pump can be installed.
- INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17
- INSTALL FAN SHROUD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- CONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9
- INSTALL INLET RADIATOR HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3
- INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16
- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
NOTE:When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2017 - 08/2018] ).
