Installation [08/2015 - 08/2018]: Procedure

- INSTALL OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
- INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
- INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for LH Side)
- INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for RH Side)
- INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
- INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH
- INSTALL FAN SHROUD
- Install the fan pulley to the fan bracket.
- Place the shroud together with the coupling fan between the radiator and engine.NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
- Temporarily install the fluid coupling fan to the fan bracket with the 4 nuts. Tighten the nuts as much as possible by hand.
- Attach the shroud claws to the radiator as shown in the illustration.
- Install the shroud with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 6.5 N.m (66 kgf/cm, 58 in.lbf)
- Connect the reservoir hose to the upper radiator tank.
- Install the fan and generator V belt (Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 ).
- Tighten the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan.
Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)
- Install the fan pulley to the fan bracket.
- INSTALL INLET RADIATOR HOSE
- CONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT

- INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER ASSEMBLY
- Install the front bumper cover assembly (Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2015 - 08/2017] Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2017 - ] ).
- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

- INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
