Installation [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

Temporarily install the No. 1 radiator bracket to the sub-radiator assembly with the 2 bolts.
- Fully tighten the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.
Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)

Temporarily install the No. 2 radiator bracket to the sub-radiator assembly with the 2 bolts.
- Fully tighten the 2 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.
Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf)
- Install the sub-radiator assembly together with the No. 1 radiator bracket and No. 2 radiator bracket to the vehicle with the 3 bolts in the sequence shown in the illustration.

*a Temporarily Tighten Torque: 13 N*m (133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)
- Engage the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness to the No. 2 radiator bracket.

- CONNECT FC SUB-RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter or water droplets, remove the plastic bags from the connecting portions of the FC sub-radiator outlet hose and sub-radiator assembly immediately before performing the procedure.
- Connect the FC sub-radiator outlet hose to the sub-radiator assembly and slide the hose clip to secure it.
*a View A *b Top of Vehicle *c Sub-radiator Assembly Rib *d Hose Paint Mark (White) *e Claw should be within this range (45°) NOTE:Align the hose and the hose clip at the locations shown in the illustration and install them.
HINT:
When connecting, if it is difficult to insert the FC sub-radiator outlet hose, coat it with new coolant (Toyota genuine FC stack coolant (Pre-mixed)).
- CONNECT FC SUB-RADIATOR INLET HOSE
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter or water droplets, remove the plastic bags from the connecting portions of the FC sub-radiator inlet hose and sub-radiator assembly immediately before performing the procedure.
- Connect the FC sub-radiator inlet hose to the sub-radiator assembly and slide the hose clip to secure it.

HINT:
When connecting, if it is difficult to insert the FC sub-radiator inlet hose, coat it with new coolant (Toyota genuine FC stack coolant (Pre-mixed)).
- INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR AIR GUIDE
- INSTALL NO. 3 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE
- Engage the 2 clamps and install the No. 3 radiator air guide to the lower radiator support.
- Install the clip.
- INSTALL HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

- ADD COOLANT (TOYOTA GENUINE FC STACK COOLANT (Pre-mixed))
