Installation [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL NO. 1 FC EXHAUST PIPE
- Install a new clamp to a new No. 1 FC exhaust pipe (FC stack assembly side).
*1 No. 1 FC Exhaust Pipe *2 Clamp (FC Stack Assembly Side) *3 Clamp (No. 2 FC Exhaust Pipe Side) *a View A *b View B *c Upper Side of Vehicle *d Front Side of Vehicle *e Left Side of Vehicle NOTE:When installing, be sure to install the clamp facing in the correct direction.
- Install the clamp to the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe (No. 2 FC exhaust pipe side).NOTE:
When installing, be sure to install the clamp facing in the correct direction.
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter, do not remove the plastic bags, etc. protecting the FC stack assembly until immediately before the procedure.
- Install the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe to the FC stack assembly.
*a FC Stack Assembly Outlet Port Protrusion *b No. 1 FC Exhaust Pipe Groove NOTE:- Make sure not to scratch or damage the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe and FC stack assembly.
- Check that the rubber portion of the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe connecting portion (FC stack assembly connecting side) is not folded to the inside, is securely assembled, and covers the entire circumference.
HINT:
As shown in the illustration, align the protrusion of the FC stack assembly outlet port with the groove of the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe to install.
- Tighten the clamp.
*a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Left Side of Vehicle *d Clamp bolt must be within this range (45°) *e No. 1 FC Exhaust Pipe Protrusion Torque: 3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- If the clamp is damaged or rusty, replace it with a new one.
- Align the clamp with the position shown in the illustration, and install the clamp.
- Try to move the clamp by hand and confirm that it does not rotate.
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter, protect the connecting portion of the installed No. 1 FC exhaust pipe with a plastic bag.

- Install a new clamp to a new No. 1 FC exhaust pipe (FC stack assembly side).
- INSTALL FC STACK ASSEMBLY
Refer to INSTALLATION [06/2015 - ]
- INSTALL NO. 2 FC EXHAUST PIPE
- Install the clamp to the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.
*1 No. 2 FC Exhaust Pipe *2 Clamp *a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Right Side of Vehicle NOTE:When installing, be sure to install the clamp facing in the correct direction.
- To prevent contamination by foreign matter, do not remove the plastic bags, etc. protecting the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe until immediately before the procedure.
- Install the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe to the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe.
*a No. 2 FC Exhaust Pipe Triangle Mark *b No. 1 FC Exhaust Pipe Groove NOTE:- Make sure not to scratch or damage the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe and No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.
- Check that the rubber portion of the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe connecting portion (the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe connecting side) is not folded to the inside, is securely assembled, and covers the entire circumference.
HINT:
As shown in the illustration, align the triangle mark of the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe with the position of the groove of the No. 1 FC exhaust pipe.
- Temporarily install the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe to the vehicle body with the 2 bolts.

*a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Front Side of Vehicle *d Clamp bolt flange surface must be within this range (10°) *e No. 1 FC Exhaust Pipe Protrusion - Fully tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Tighten the clamp.
Torque: 3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- If the clamp is damaged or rusty, replace it with a new one.
- Align the clamp with the position shown in the illustration, and install the clamp.
- Try to move the clamp by hand and confirm that it does not rotate.
- Install the clamp to the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.
- INSTALL NO. 3 FC EXHAUST PIPE
- Install the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe to the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.NOTE:
- Make sure not to scratch or damage the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe and No. 3 FC exhaust pipe.
- Check that the rubber portion of the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe connecting portion (No. 3 FC exhaust pipe connecting side) is not folded to the inside, is securely assembled, and covers the entire circumference.
HINT:
As shown in the illustration, align the triangle mark of the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe with the position of the groove of the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.
*a No. 3 FC Exhaust Pipe Triangle Mark *b No. 2 FC Exhaust Pipe Groove - Install the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe to the vehicle body with the bolt.
*a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Right Side of Vehicle *d Clamp bolt must be within this range (90°) *e No. 2 FC Exhaust Pipe Groove Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Tighten the clamp.
Torque: 3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- If the clamp is damaged or rusty, replace it with a new one.
- Align the clamp with the position shown in the illustration, and install the clamp.
- Try to move the clamp by hand and confirm that it does not rotate.
- Install the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe to the No. 2 FC exhaust pipe.
- INSTALL FC EXHAUST TAIL PIPE ASSEMBLY
- Install the clamp to the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly.
*1 FC Exhaust Tail Pipe Assembly *2 Clamp *a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Right Side of Vehicle NOTE:When installing, be sure to install the clamp facing in the correct direction.
- Install the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly to the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe.NOTE:
- Make sure not to scratch or damage the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe and FC exhaust tail pipe assembly.
- Check that the rubber portion of the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly connecting portion (the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe connecting side) is not folded to the inside, is securely assembled, and covers the entire circumference.
HINT:
As shown in the illustration, align the triangle mark of the No. 3 FC exhaust pipe with the position of the groove of the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly.
*a No. 3 FC Exhaust Pipe Triangle Mark *b FC Exhaust Tail Pipe Assembly Groove - Temporarily install the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly to the vehicle body with the 3 bolts.

*a View A *b Upper Side of Vehicle *c Right Side of Vehicle *d Clamp bolt must be within this range (90°) *e FC Exhaust Tail Pipe Assembly Groove - Fully tighten the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Tighten the clamp.
Torque: 3.0 N*m (31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- If the clamp is damaged or rusty, replace it with a new one.
- Align the clamp with the position shown in the illustration, and install the clamp.
- Try to move the clamp by hand and confirm that it does not rotate.
- Install the clamp to the FC exhaust tail pipe assembly.
- INSTALL NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER
- INSTALL NO. 2 FLOOR UNDER COVER
- INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CENTER COVER RH
- INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CENTER COVER LH
- INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER RH
- Check that there are 5 nuts installed to the front floor cover RH.
*1 Nut - Engage the guide, and temporarily install the front floor cover RH to the front floor center cover RH.
- Press the clip onto the vehicle stud portion, and install the front floor cover RH to the vehicle body.
- Install the 4 bolts and 12 clips.
- Check that there are 5 nuts installed to the front floor cover RH.
- INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH
- Check that there are 2 nuts installed to the front floor cover LH.
*1 Nut - Engage the guide, and temporarily install the front floor cover LH to the front floor center cover LH.
- Press the clip onto the vehicle stud portion, and install the front floor cover LH to the vehicle body.
- Install the 4 bolts and 15 clips.
- Check that there are 2 nuts installed to the front floor cover LH.
- INSTALL NO. 2 MOTOR UNDER COVER
- Install the No. 2 motor under cover to the vehicle body with the 4 screws and 4 clips.
