Disassembly [11/2015 - 06/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 3 clips and remove the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <B> and No. 1 heater to register duct assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <B> and No. 2 heater to register duct assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <B> and No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct from the No. 1 heater to register duct.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <B> and No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct from the No. 2 heater to register duct.

  8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  10. REMOVE FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <B> and finish panel mounting bracket.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Remove the 4 No. 1 instrument panel cushions.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Remove the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

  13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Remove the instrument panel cushion.
