Removal [11/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY 

    (Refer to REMOVAL [11/2015 - ] )

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR PIPE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  5. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD STAY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and intake manifold stay.

  6. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD 
    1. Disconnect the 4 wire harness clamps and water by-pass hose.

    2. Disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose and ventilation hose.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and intake manifold.

    4. Remove the ventilation hose.

    5. Remove the bolt and intake manifold insulator.

    6. Remove the No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket.
