Disassembly [02/2014 - 11/2016]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK WINDOW UPPER TRIM PANEL 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the back window upper trim panel.

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the 2 clips, 2 claws and guide, and remove the back door trim cover LH.

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and 2 guides, and remove the back door lock cover.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips and 2 guides, and remove No. 2 back door service hole cover.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 clips and 2 guides, and remove No. 1 back door service hole cover.

  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 6 clips as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 6 clips as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disengage the 4 clips and 2 guides, and remove the back door trim panel assembly.

  8. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE 
    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle as shown in the illustration.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  10. REMOVE BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH 

    See step  8

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Back Door Speaker) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Back Door Speaker) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  13. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH 

    See step  8

  14. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU 

    See step  8

  16. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOWER STOPPER LH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and back door lower stopper LH.

  17. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOWER STOPPER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE REAR WIPER SHAFT COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  19. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  20. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  21. REMOVE REAR WIPER LINK CAP 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  22. REMOVE REAR WIPER LINK PIVOT WITH WASHER PACKING

  23. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

  24. REMOVE BACK WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY

  25. REMOVE REAR SIDE SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  32. REMOVE NO. 2 BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP 
    1. Remove the No. 2 back door weatherstrip.

    2. Remove any remaining No. 2 back door weatherstrip sealant from the vehicle body using cleaner.
  33. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  35. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  36. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System)

  37. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

  38. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

  39. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOWER STOPPER CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 back door lower stopper cushions.

  40. REMOVE CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the 4 cushions.

  41. REMOVE DOOR DUST PROOF SEAL 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the door dust proof seal.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
