Disassembly [12/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    for 6 Sensor Type:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) 

    for 6 Sensor Type:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Remove the clip.
    3. Disengage the claw to remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.
    4. Remove the screw.

    5. Remove the 2 clips.
    6. Disengage the 5 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.
  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Remove the clip.
    3. Disengage the claw to remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.
    4. Remove the screw.

    5. Remove the 2 clips.
    6. Disengage the 5 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.
  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER 
    1. Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Remove the clip.
    3. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER CENTER RETAINER 
    1. Remove the 8 screws and front bumper upper center retainer.

  14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disengage the 5 claws as shown in the illustration.

      *a Hook
      Double-sided Tape
    2. Disengage the hook to remove the radiator grille garnish sub-assembly LH.
  15. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Disengage the 16 claws to remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket) 
    1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  18. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER 
    1. Remove the 2 outside moulding retainers.

      *1 Outside Moulding Retainer
    2. Remove the 4 clips.
    3. Disengage the 18 claws to remove the lower front bumper cover.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 MOULDING TAPE 
    1. Remove the No. 1 moulding tape.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.
  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

  22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. Disengage the claw to remove the front bumper stay LH.
  23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
