Front Stabilizer Bar: Installation

INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT STABILIZER BAR BUSHING
1. Install the 2 No. 1 front stabilizer bar bushings to the front stabilizer bar as shown below.
  NOTE: Install the No. 1 front stabilizer bar bushings so that the cutout faces the rear of the vehicle.

INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT STABILIZER BRACKET LH
1. Install the No. 2 front stabilizer bracket LH to the No. 1 front stabilizer bar bushing.

INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT STABILIZER BRACKET RH
HINT:

Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR
1. Install the front stabilizer bar by inserting it from the right side of the vehicle.
INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT STABILIZER BRACKET LH
1. Install the No. 1 front stabilizer bracket LH to the front frame assembly with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 29 N*m (296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT STABILIZER BRACKET RH
HINT:

Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH
1. Install the front stabilizer link assembly LH with the nut.
  Torque: 74 N*m (755 kgf*cm, 55 ft.*lbf)
  
  HINT:
  
  If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench (6 mm) to hold the stud bolt.

INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:

Perform the same procedure as the LH side.
INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE
HINT:

Install engine assembly with transaxle (See INSTALLATION ).
INSPECT AND ADJUST FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
HINT:

Inspect and adjust front wheel adjustment (See ADJUSTMENT ).
