REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER REAR RH (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK
1. Remove the 2 bolts and radiator reservoir.

REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (See appropriate step(s) under REMOVAL )
REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR RH
1. Remove the 5 bolts, 2 nuts and engine mounting insulator RH.

REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE NO. 2 IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt, No. 2 idler pulley cover plate and No. 2 idler pulley.

DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
REMOVE WATER INLET
1. Remove the 2 nuts and remove the water inlet from the water inlet housing.

REMOVE THERMOSTAT
