Drive Belt: Removal

DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the reservoir tank.

REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
1. Remove the 2 clips and engine under cover.
REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH
1. Remove the 4 bolts and reinforcement.

REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
1. Rotate the tensioner pulley counterclockwise to loosen the belt tension. Then remove the V-ribbed belt.

2. While turning the belt tensioner counterclockwise, align its holes, and then insert the 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench into the holes to fix the V-ribbed belt tensioner in place.
