ROOF HEADLINING (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat): Installation

1. Attach the roof wire, radio antenna cord and washer hose along the adhesive part.

   NOTE: Attach the roof wire, radio antenna cord and washer hose securely.
2. Be careful that dirt or foreign objects do not stick to the adhesive part when Identifying the peeling paper.

1. Place the roof headlining to the vehicle from the back door side.
2. Install the roof headlining assembly and engage the 4 clips.

3. Install the sunroof opening trim molding, (w/ sliding roof)
4. Connect the sliding roof drive gear connector, (w/ sliding roof)
5. Connect the washer hose. Connect the radio antenna cord connector and engage the clamps to the rear quarter pillar RH.
6. Connect the roof wire connector and engage the clamps to the front pillar LH.
7. Connect the washer hose. Connect the radio antenna cord connector and engage the clamps to the front pillar RH.
8. Install the radio antenna cord connector bolt to the front pillar RH.

1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the visor assembly with the 2 screws.
3. Engage the 3 claws and install the visor bracket cover.

1. Connect the connector.
2. Engage the 2 clips, and install the roof console box assembly.
3. Install the 2 screws.

1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Engage the 2 claws and 2 springs, install the room light assembly No. 1.
3. Engage the 4 claws and install the lens cover.

1. Install the assist grip sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

2. Engage the assist grip covers.

   HINT:

   Use the same procedure for the other 3 assist grips.

1. Engage the 5 clips and install the roof side garnish assembly inner.

1. Install the rear No. 2 seat belt assembly outer with the bolt.

   Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

2. Engage 2 claws, install the cover and engage the 2 claws.

1. Engage the 5 claws and 3 clips, and install the roof side rail garnish sub-assembly.

1. Engage the 4 claws and install the rear No. 1 seat belt assembly.
2. Engage the 3 clips and install the quarter pillar garnish.

1. Engage 5 clips and install the deck trim side panel assembly.
2. Install the 5 bolt and 4 deck side trim covers.

3. Install the rear combination light service cover.
4. Engage the 2 clips.

1. Install the 2 rope hooks with the 2 bolts.

   Torque: 8.0 N*m (80 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf) 

   HINT:

   Use the same procedure to install the other side.

1. Install the rear No. 1 seat belt assembly outer with the bolt.

   Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf)

1. Engage the 4 claws and install the deck side trim cover.
2. Install the bolt and deck side trim cover front.

1. Engage the clip and install the center pillar garnish.
2. Install the 2 screws.

1. Install the front seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

   Torque: 42 N*m (428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf) 

2. Engage the 4 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

1. Engage 5 clips and 2 claws, and install the center pillar garnish lower.

1. Install a new clip (A) on the front pillar garnish.
2. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips, and install the front pillar garnish.

1. Install the deck side trim box and 2 clips.

1. Install the jack carrier assembly, jack assembly and jack carrier support.

1. Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat reclining cover No. 2.
2. Install the clip.

1. Engage the 6 clips and install the rear floor finish plate.
2. Install 2 clips.

1. Install the deck floor box rear with the 2 clips.

1. Install the deck board sub-assembly with the 2 bolt.
2. Engage the 5 clips.
