DTC B1247: Lost Communication With Tire Pressure Monitor Ecu
DTC detecting condition:
BERKES communication data for TPMS cannot be received for over 10 seconds.
Trouble symptom:
- If the TPMS Control Module is replaced, record all ID of the transmitters using the Subaru Select Monitor in advance.
- If the TPMS Control Module is replaced, register the transmitter ID after the operation. Ref. to TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR (DIAGNOSTICS)>REGISTER TRANSMITTER (ID)>OPERATION .
Wiring diagram:
Tire pressure monitoring system Ref. to WIRING SYSTEM>TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM>WIRING DIAGRAM .
- CHECK HARNESS (OPEN CIRCUIT)
.
- Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
- Disconnect the TPMS Control Module connector and the body integrated unit connector.
- Using a tester, measure the resistance of the harness between the TPMS Control Module connector and body integrated unit connector.
