  2. CHECK CONNECTION CONDITION OF CONNECTOR (Inverter with converter assembly LOW PRESSURE CONNECTOR)  .
CAUTION: Make sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles during the work.
    1. Check that the Service plug is disconnected. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>SERVICE PLUG .
    2. Check the connecting condition of connectors (HV23) and (HV24) in Inverter with converter assembly and check the relevant terminals for contact pressure, deformation and intrusion of water and foreign matter. Ref. to HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLE>INVERTER AND CONVERTER ASSEMBLY .
NOTE: To connect the connector, insert to the end with the lock lever raised, then fold the lock lever completely until a click is heard. After connected, make sure that the lock claw does not loosen and pull the connector to see that it does not come off.

Is there looseness at the connector connection, or any poor contact, deformation or intrusion of water or foreign matters at the relevant terminals?
